Amendments

Suppliers will be able to easily see if amendments have been made to a competition by a number of methods.

The Competition Search Results will list the number of amendments that have been made to each competition.

The Individual Competition Screen will identify if there are any amendments, how many and when the last amendment was posted. Suppliers may access the listing of amendments by clicking on View Amendments at the bottom of the Individual Competition Screen.

Suppliers will also have the opportunity to ask to be notified regarding any amendments to each individual competition by clicking on "Notify Me". They will be asked to provide an e-mail address. By providing this address, suppliers will receive an automatic notification any time an amendment is made to that particular competition. Suppliers will be required to follow this process for each competition that they access. E-mail addresses will not be saved or maintained by Government Services - Purchasing Branch.

Please note that suppliers will be responsible to ensure the e-mail address is correct and will also be responsible to return to the competition website to access the actual amendment. Government Services will not be responsible to authenticate the e-mail address and will not be responsible to ensure the suppliers have received the amendments.
